Payment and Delivery

For online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of your order. In case of order cancellations due to possible order cancellations or stock problems, a refund will be made to your credit card within 14 business days. Delivery
We strive to deliver the products you have ordered to the cargo company on the same day. For products that take time to procure, the cargo delivery time is 7 business days as stated in the product details. You will be informed in case of possible delivery delays. To ensure that product delivery is carried out without interruption, please provide the address of your location during the day as the delivery address.
Your requests will be processed according to the delivery type you specified at the end of the order. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be sent via Arasa Cargo and domestic cargo companies. Your orders will be delivered to the cargo company within 7 (7) business days at the latest after your orders are confirmed. You can consult with our customer representative regarding different delivery conditions. Also, cargo deliveries are only valid for Turkey.
Payment Tracking
If the system cannot complete the transaction due to any problem, our visitor will be informed of this situation at the end of the payment page. In case of any error in the specified address, we will contact the customer who placed the order regarding the order that could not be delivered. The validity of the email address provided by our visitor is confirmed by an automated email sent after the order is processed. We are responsible for the successful delivery not only to the customer but also to the bank whose credit card system we use.

Please note!
If you believe that the package has been damaged during shipment, please open and inspect it in front of the delivery company representative. If you believe there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product and have the shipping company prepare a damage report. Once the product is accepted, it is assumed that the shipping company has fully fulfilled its duties.

If you perform these actions, we will begin working on your package and arrange for a repeat delivery as soon as possible.
